Founded in 1997 as a division of Australian Amusements Consulting, AAC hails from a boutique business that specialised in operational, risk and technical project management across the amusement, leisure and recreation industries. Identifying an opportunity to disrupt the wristband market and challenge the way it historically operated, AAC strategically reinvented itself to become a pioneer and diversified provider of ID wearables and crowd control solutions within the Australian market.
With business diversification across pre-press production and manufacturing in 2008, AAC expanded its product portfolio with the launch of its wholly Australian-made Tyvek wristbands. A first of its kind in the market, AAC remains unrivalled as the sole manufacturer of Australian-made Tyvek wristbands being supplied around the world. The popularity and high-demand of AAC’s Tyvek wristbands is the result of a quality management system that’s remained steadfast on using high-grade materials, improving manufacturing processes and investigating ways to enhance product quality.
