When you consider the stats for the combined market of bars, clubs, nightclubs and pubs, its little surprise why both event and venue managers are experts in access and crowd control measures. With more than 251,000 staff to manage across 12,770 venues (IBISWorld, 2018) with a combined annual visitation of 825 million customers, comprehensive facilities management is an everyday fundamental for any successful venue to thrive.

Crowd control comes in many forms when it comes to hospitality venues and what’s on offer. And AAC has it all covered. Start with the basics such as staff and contractor identity requirements (including ID cards, lanyards, RFID and security fobs) and general crowd access (custom wristbands) then move over to queue management for events and/or satellite food & beverage stations (tickets and tokens) and even raffles (stub wristbands, ticket wristbands and custom tickets). Today’s more switched-on venues are even increasingly using custom wristbands for CSR messaging (such as alcohol consumption and drink responsibly campaigns). Sure, we’re spoilt for choice with the amount of entertainment and hospitality options now available, but so too are venues when it comes to being equipped with effective tools for maintaining total control.
