What should I know about using my maquee?
The branded marquees should not be used in windy conditions. They should always be correctly secured to the ground with
steel pegs, sandbags or other weights to ensure they do not move.
The branded marquees are designed as a temporary shelter. They should not be left up for extended periods of time and
should never be left unattended.
How long does it take to set up a gazebo/marquee?
Our pop-up gazebos and branded marquees are designed for quick setup and pack-down. With two people, it usually takes under 5 minutes – no tools required.
Are the marquees waterproof?
Yes they are 100% water resistant, but is not completely waterproof.
The fabric is tested and approved for Water Repellency and Fire Resistance to AS1530:2 and AS1530:3 standards.
Can I print on the walls as well as the canopy?
Absolutely. You can customise the roof, valances, and back wall with your branding, logos or messages using full-colour dye sublimation printing.
Can I order replacement parts or update my branding later?
Yes. You can order new canopy tops, wall panels or accessories as your branding or event needs change – no need to buy a whole new setup.
What is the size and weight of each marquee?
Standard Frame packed size and weight:

How do I transport my marquee?
The Branded Marquees must be transported in an upright position when the canopy is attached. If it must be transported
horizontally the canopy must be removed first to make sure it is not damaged during transportation.
How do I clean my canopy?
We recommend that the branded marquee canopy and walls are cleaned after every use.
To clean the canopy and walls use a mild detergent in warm water with a soft mop or cloth. It is important to note that no solvents or abrasive cleaners should be used on any part of the branded marquee. We suggest that you do not extend the uprights so that the canopy is more easily accessible without ladders.
To avoid the growth of mildew on the canopy and walls, it is important that the branded marquee is completely dry before packing down into the carry case.
