What is a die cut sticker?
A die cut sticker is a sticker where only the top vinyl layer is cut around your design — and with it the backing sheet gets cut too. This makes your sticker easier to peel and apply, and minimises the space taken up by each sticker, making them perfect for things like packaging goodies and gifts.
What’s the difference between kiss cut and die cut stickers?
Kiss cut stickers leave a border of backing paper around the design, while die cut stickers are cut all the way through both the vinyl and the backing, matching the shape of your design exactly. Kiss cut stickers are easier to peel and great when you want to include extra elements on the backing.
Can I choose the shape of my kiss cut stickers?
Absolutely! We offer full custom shape options. You can design your sticker to be any shape — circle, square, triangle, custom silhouette — and our die cutting will trace it precisely.
What sizes do you offer?
We can print die cut stickers in a wide range of sizes, from small logo tags (as little as 25mm wide) to larger promo pieces up to A5 and beyond. Standard square and circle sizes include 50x50mm, 75x75mm, and 100x100mm — but custom sizing is always available.
Are they waterproof?
Yes! Our stickers are printed on durable vinyl and laminated with your choice of gloss or matte finish, making them water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and UV-protected for indoor and outdoor use.
How are these stickers delivered?
Your die cut stickers are delivered flat (not on rolls), individually cut and stacked for easy handling, packaging, or handing out. Bulk sticker sheets or sticker rolls are also available upon request.
What file type should I upload?
We recommend uploading a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector file (PDF, AI, or EPS). For best results, use a file with a transparent background and at least 300DPI. If you’re not sure, our team can help clean up your file and ensure it prints perfectly.
Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes! Our Printflo design tool gives you a live preview as you customise your artwork online. You’ll be able to check layout, colour, cut lines, and optional backing artwork before you submit your order. We can also send you a mockup if you go through customer service. How long does production take?
