Refunds & Returns Policy

At AAC, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, here’s how our refunds and returns process works.

1. Change of Mind Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-custom items simply because you’ve changed your mind.

• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

• Cost: Return postage is at your expense.

• Process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or via our website chat to request a returns authorisation.

  2. Pack your items securely, include your order number, and ship to:

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) within 5 business days.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Eligibility: If your items arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered, notify us within 7 days of receipt.

• Cost: We cover all return postage for faulty or incorrect goods.

• Process:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a courier.

  3. On receipt, we’ll assess and either replace your items or issue a full refund within 5 business days.

3. Custom & Printed Items

Due to their bespoke nature, custom-printed wristbands, lanyards, ID cards, signage and promotional items cannot be returned for change-of-mind. If there’s a print error or manufacturing fault, we’ll of course repair, replace or refund at no extra cost—just follow the “Faulty or Incorrect Items” process above.

4. Refund Method & Timing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
