Our partner works with reliable carriers such as StarTrack, Aramex, TNT, Couriers Please, Australia Post, Mainfreight, and DHL. Rest assured, all our shipping services are door-to-door and fully trackable, providing you with delivery time estimates.
Air Freight
With most air freight services, you can expect overnight delivery to metro locations, 2 days to outer metro areas, and 3+ days to regional locations.
Road Express Freight
Our road express services depend on the shipment’s configuration and the intended delivery location.



Packaging
We will ensure your items are securely packaged for safe delivery. Our packaging configurations are as follow:
- 1kg Satchel
- 3kg Satchel
- 5kg Satchel
- Small Carton: 34cm(H) x 30cm(W) x 30cm(L)
- Medium Carton: 35cm(H) x 29cm(W) x 43cm(L)
- Large Carton: 43cm(H) x 29cm(W) x 55cm(L)
Booking and Collection
AAC books its daily freight between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm
between 3:00 pm – 3.30 pm.
All customers receive a dispatch notification at approximately
4.30 pm AEST on the day their order is dispatched with
tracking details provided.

AAC delivers to customers worldwide and will liaise with
each customer to determine the best freight method.

However, we assure you that our dedicated customer service team diligently reviews all consignments every morning. Please keep in mind that AAC does not cover re-delivery fees, so we kindly request that you keep an eye on your tracking and be available to receive your order, as all website orders are shipped with an authority to leave. Furthermore, as per our terms & conditions of trade (Point 6. Supply & Delivery), AAC does not accept any responsibility or liability in the unlikely event that a package is lost, stolen or delayed past your required delivery date.
