Deliveries to Australian Destinations
Express Air Freight.
Most orders from AAC Event Specialists are sent with StarTrack Express in either a 1kg, 3kg or 5kg satchel. This provides a door to door service that’s also trackable, with delivery times generally overnight to metro locations, 2 days to outer metro and 3+ days to regional locations.
Larger orders from AAC are sent via TFM road freight, which will take longer than air freight, especially to WA and NT. Allow up to 2 days for delivery to Sydney, 3 days to Melbourne and up to 7 days to Perth.
AAC books it’s daily freight between 1pm and 3pm Monday to Friday, with collection from our warehouse at approximately 3.30pm.
All customers receive a dispatch notification at approximately 4.30pm AEST time on the day their order has been dispatched with tracking details provided.
Deliveries to International Destinations
AAC Event Specialists deliver to customers worldwide and will liaise with each customer to determine the best freight method.
Whilst we cannot control the outcome of a delivery, we review our freight management regularly to ensure that they are performing at the highest level. AAC Event Specialists will not be held liable for delivery mistakes by couriers. AAC does not pay re-delivery fees so it’s important to please ensure you are available to receive your order.
